Successful Network Meeting
11th Mar 2020
Yesterday the Adjusted learning team hosted 19 tutors from the Sydney metropolitan area and regional north at a tutor network meeting. The meeting was held at 105 Phillip St Parramatta and gave us the opportunity to share information about the OLT courses and our processes. Those attending also participated in SMART goal activities and viewed some new resources. Thanks must go to Michelle Hampson for capably leading brain break activities which proved to be fun for everyone. Michelle, along with Heather Sippel and Isobel Freeborn also led some great discussion about their co-tutoring experiences. Jenny Harrisons’s post lunch mindfulness activity relaxed everyone for a productive afternoon question and answer session. Warrick, Jenny and I thought the day was a great success, so once again thank you to all for your enthusiastic participation. To those in regional and rural areas we would love to support you in the same way so if local contact people are thinking about organising a network meeting please let us know.
