OLT provides professional learning for school staff supporting students with disability: practical, evidence-based, and written with expert practitioners. Many schools reach us through their jurisdiction or education system licence; we also work directly with independent schools and with schools that have no jurisdiction arrangement.

Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Behaviour, Speech & Language, Dyspraxia, Hearing and Vision. Each runs in three progressive modules, from universal awareness for every staff member through to specialist practice.
13 tutored courses, run by your own staff

Our full tutored catalogue, the STEPS courses among them. You appoint tutors from your own team and run cohorts in-house using the tutor management system, with AI assistance built in throughout, with no per-place fee, no need to buy tutor time from us.
6 short courses, and a builder for your own

Self-paced courses staff can finish in a sitting, plus a custom course builder so you can create short and tutored courses for your school from our material and your own.
The platform behind it

1,500+ classroom-ready resources, AI-assisted SMART goals and intervention planning, cohorts and tutor roles, discussion forums, certificates, and a leadership dashboard with reporting and Excel exports.

All courses include AI-powered support to enhance the learning experience, with content written and regularly updated by subject matter experts. Our courses align with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers to support professional growth and development.

How schools get access

Through a jurisdiction licence
Staff employed by an education system that holds a jurisdictional licence do not pay to take our courses. They get the full platform, every STEPS, tutored and short course and the tools to run them, through their school, at no additional cost to the school.
Your own school subscription
Transform your school’s professional learning, on your terms
For schools not covered by a jurisdictional licence, subscribe directly. Begin with one full course free for all your staff for 6 months, then subscribe for the whole library and platform. Pay by card, invoice or bank transfer.

Need something more tailored? Schools can also commission customised tutored courses where OLT provides the tutor, or arrange individual enrolments into tutored and short courses.

Parents and carers

Our 2 courses for parents and carers stay free to anyone, subscription or not. They are useful resources to support home-school partnerships. There is a $50 fee for a certificate of completion if you are not covered by a licence or subscription.
