OLT’s tutored online courses are for schools and their staff who are supporting students with disability and special educational needs. They are practically focussed and have demonstrable impact on teacher competence and student outcomes.
All courses have been jointly developed with expert practitioners and are regularly updated.
Since 2003, OLT have delivered specialised classroom based, practical training to teachers, teaching support staff, principals and senior leaders in 104 countries. The programme is made up of 17 blended and open short courses, with new courses and webinars developed in response to education priorities and the needs of our learning community.
In Australia OLT has been delivering training since 2008 and continues to work closely with our Australian partners to develop the courses and the learning management system that underpins its success.
OLT has created courses for the Education Departments in New South Wales (Disability and Multicultural) and Northern Territory.
OLT works with its subscribing organisations in Australia to develop courses suitable for Australian educators and schools. In addition, some education systems commission courses specific to their local needs.
